We're recruiting staff for a high-end hair salon located in Hyde Park, Adelaide (the salon's name will be divulged during our initial interview).

This is truly the dream job for any hairdresser...

The pay is great: Approximately $30 per hour (depending on experience) PLUS 10-20% commission. So, if you work full-time hours, there’s the potential to earn well over $100k per year.

That being said, this salon is open to hiring full-time, part-time or even providing space in the salon for freelancers. The owner is a big believer in work-life balance and offers a lot of flexibility with working arrangements.

There are so many additional perks, including 5 weeks of paid annual leave, paid trips overseas for fashion weeks, education & training paid for, birthdays off etc. But we'll be happy to talk more about all this during the interview stage. As you can see, it’s an awesome place to work and has quite a laid-back and fun atmosphere. So unsurprisingly, staff turnover is extremely low, and they haven’t had any staff leave in 4 years.
